Curriculum: By Design – Youth Designed
Our Youth Group focuses on developing Leadership skills and decides in consultation with their Advisers and the Director of Religious Education (DRE) what course of study they will undertake, as well as determining Service Projects. Projects this year will include Planning the Worship Service for the Spring of 2015, supporting the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee by selling Fair Trade items in December, helping with the Easter Egg Hunt and our annual Water & Bubble Day. Social Justice issues will be explored through the curriculum, "You The Creator of Justice." District Events, Youth Rallies, Leadership Training and a Teacher Track are also avenues our Youth may want to undertake.
